William K. Ford

Founder & CEO

William has over 15 years of experience working in Business and Information Technology. Throughout his career, he has served in technological and analytical capacities for renowned multinational companies including Bear Stearns, JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Coach, Michael Kors, Hudson's Bay, and Hachette Book Group.

Chanel Caraway

Vice President & Founder of The Caraway Collective

Chanel serves as an Advisor to the CEO. She has over a decade of experience working in communications, content strategy, and public affairs. Most recently Chanel served as Senior Communications Advisor in the Office of the New York First Lady, Chirlane McCray.

Imari Aguila-Ledesma

Director, Finance

Imari Ledesma is the Director of Finance Operations and Business Systems at K Systems Solutions. Imari worked with Philippines-based Teleperformance as Operations Supervisor for several years before joining K Systems Solutions in 2021. Imari oversees financial operations and business systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. She collaborates with various departments and manages key initiatives to drive the company's success.

Tache Smith

Director, Sales Operations & Procurement

Tache leads sales operations strategy and oversees procurement processes, driving operational efficiency and scalable growth. Known for strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration, Tache ensures alignment between sales, vendors, and internal teams to support consistent performance and continuous improvement.

Eric Vergara

Director, Business Technology

Eric Vergara is a Director of Business Technology at K Systems Solutions LLC, leading cross-functional teams to improve system automation and IT processes. He manages daily operations, support workflows, and technology initiatives, reporting directly to executive leadership. With 7+ years in IT and BPO, Eric is known for aligning tech strategy with business goals and driving operational efficiency.

Rita Muhaxheri

Principal, Client-Side Technology Procurement (NYC & MTA)

Rita focuses on supporting and advancing City of New York and MTA technology procurement opportunities, working closely with public-sector stakeholders to expand existing relationships and enable larger, more complex deals. Rita brings deep experience in public-sector procurement and transaction execution, holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees across multiple disciplines, and has a background as an innovative entrepreneur, including serving as cofounder of WUMAN FESTIVAL.

Karen Hernandez

Director, Business Operations

Karen Hernandez is the Sr. Executive Assistant at K Systems Solutions, supporting the CEO and executive leadership. She previously served as Executive Assistant and Office Manager at 1440 Foods, coordinating board and leadership meetings, managing complex multi‑executive calendars and travel, and overseeing event logistics and onboarding. Karen has led the development of standard operating procedures and cross‑departmental communications, strengthening executive operations while maintaining strict confidentiality and precision.

Jorge Flores

Sr. Manager, Business Development

Jorge Flores is a dynamic business development leader with a strong background in technology and strategic growth. With extensive experience driving partnerships and market expansion, Jorge excels at identifying opportunities that align with organizational goals and delivering solutions that create measurable impact. Jorge brings a unique blend of technical insight and business acumen, enabling cross-functional collaboration and innovative approaches to client engagement. Known for fostering relationships and negotiating high-value deals, Jorge plays a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market strategies and accelerating revenue growth.

Jazymne Moore

Sr. Manager, Vendor Management

Jazymne is KSS’ Senior Manager of Vendor Management. She leads vendor alignment and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution across programs and client initiatives. Jazymne brings a strong background in onboarding and marketing operations, process optimization, and implementation. She holds an MBA in Business Management and is passionate about building strong, long-term partnerships.

Megan McBride

HR Coordinator

Megan McBride is the HR Coordinator at K Systems Solutions, supporting the People, Talent, and Culture department across employee experience, HR administration, and onboarding. She serves as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and helps maintain accurate records, workflows, and documentation within BambooHR. Megan supports the full employee lifecycle and partners closely with leadership to ensure HR processes are organized, consistent, and scalable. She brings a people-first approach to HR operations and is passionate about creating smooth onboarding experiences, clear internal processes, and positive day-to-day employee interactions.

Gracias Fayama

Manager, Staffing

Gracias brings a dynamic blend of strategic insight and operational precision to her role as Staffing Manager at K Systems Solutions. With a strong background in talent acquisition and workforce planning, she leads efforts to align staffing strategies with the company’s evolving business goals. Gracias is known for her collaborative approach and commitment to building inclusive, high-performing teams that drive innovation and client success.

Akil Gallant is an adept technologist & consultant for KSS. As a tech pro with 20+ years’ experience (10 managing teams), Akil brings diverse & in-depth knowledge, skills, and leadership in delivering software & hardware solutions to SMBs to Fortune 500 clients. Akil is also the founder and lead technologist of Kipaji Technologies, an emerging technologies advisement and servicing company.

Alex Almonte

Strategic Advisor

Alex is an astute Information Technology professional, specializing in IT within the Retail sector. He played an integral role in the success of Parigi Group’s IT department as it pertains to their various systems and network. He expanded his expertise in EDI to better understand how the flow of all Parigi information was electronically interconnected throughout the organization.

Miakel Williams

Strategic Advisor

Miakel is a Technology Attorney, who advises clients on matters including corporate governance, emerging technologies, high-growth ventures, privacy, tech transactions, and enhancing strategic corporate growth strategies. He is currently barred to practice law in California, New Jersey, and New York. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University, a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, and a Master of Laws in Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship from Cornell Tech (Cornell Law School).

Cathleen Meredith

Strategic Advisor

Cathleen is a Branding Expert and Public Speaker. As the CEO of CM Creative Labs, an all-inclusive marketing and branding firm, she is an expert in all things branding, marketing, and social media strategy. She’s elated to join forces with K Systems Solutions as a Consultant on upward mobility through social media and online marketing.
